Tonight I set myself the task of checking all 267 blogs listed as Conservative on the Total Politics web site to see if I was doing them a disservice. Not a pleasant task, I can tell you!
Of those 267, just four mention Ian Oakley at all.
You watch a medium/spritualist (whatever they call themselves) at work and a good one is fairly impressive. You know how it’s done, but when the patter is all there and you’ve got eye contact with the chap it all just flows and can be fairly convincing that ‘something’ happened. It’s not too often it’s written down so you can see, in your own time, how the victim is lead.
Martin, the Lay Scientist, had a bit of spare time and transcribed Youtube clip of ‘6ixth Sense’ charletan Colin Fry.
This is a pure example of how the journalism practised not just by the News of the World, but by the entire Murdoch stable works. You might recall that last year the sex blogger Girl with a one track mind was threatened in almost the exact same fashion by the Sunday Times, that supposed august organ, stooping to the same level as the red-top tabloids to expose her actual identity.
It’s therefore completely impossible to have any sympathy for the News of the World whatsoever. They created this story from the get go, not with any great public expose in mind, but with the pure intention of making money out of someone else’s private life.
French President Nicolas Sarkozy has called for a profound change to the way Europe is being built, on the eve of France taking on the EU presidency.
Speaking on French TV, Mr Sarkozy said there had been “errors” in the way Europe was set up and that its citizens were losing faith in the project.
How about starting off with listening to a countries population when it says no, or how about tighten up on all the free money that the MEPs’ get thrown at them or how about wasting money on the ridiculous Common Agricultural Policy?
It’s because of the irrelevance and corruptness that make it unpopular.
